🤓 Yelp, life is full of regrets. That’s why I feel like no matter what choice you make, it seems wrong because you always think another option might have been better. If time could go back, this feeling wouldn’t disappear just because you made a different choice. “The grass is always greener on the other side.”

But I also believe that whatever choice you make is the right one. As rational beings, we always make the best decisions based on…

AI pair programming is super fast now. It’s all about problem-solving. It generates code on the fly, then walks you through it, breaking it down into module-like pseudocode to clarify the logic. If there’s a module it doesn’t understand, it’ll whip up a minimized project to explain. That’s how I learn—hope it helps you too. But 🤡 don’t get a sudden urge to quit your job and go indie like I did 😭 It’s a classic fail… Big risks involved. I’m currently teetering between making ends meet and not 🤣

The midlife crisis hits hard when you’re sandwiched between caring for aging parents and managing the chaos of young kids. Constant bickering with my spouse and a career that seems to be going nowhere just add to the stress. Money’s tight, time’s tight, energy’s drained. I want to push harder but I’m running on empty, and giving up isn’t an option when everyone’s counting on me. True story.

When you use a cheat engine to max out your levels and gear in an RPG, it’s fun at first, but it quickly becomes dull. If there’s nothing new to keep it exciting, you’ll probably feel like quitting.

Maybe I’m misunderstanding the market. The products are all developed based on what technology allows. It’s like, I know this tech, then this new tech comes along, so I whip up a product to get some practice. I’m reflecting on it though. Products shouldn’t be driven by technology, but by market needs.

Today, I had a chat with someone about the sheer number of developers on Twitter. He mentioned he couldn’t imagine targeting developers for business since he doesn’t see them as potential customers.

Here are some points he made: Do you guys think he understands developers?

Imagine living till 80. If you pick up a skill at 20, you’ve got 60 years to use it; at 30, you get 50 years; but learn something at 50, and you’re down to just 30 years. The lesson? The sooner you learn a valuable skill, the more you benefit. Conversely, the sooner you adopt negative habits like complaining or procrastinating, the longer and more profoundly they’ll affect you. So, start learning the good stuff early!

I’m going crazy with all these posts, but I’ve got a little ulterior motive. I’m hoping to create enough content that truly represents my voice, tone, and thoughts while I’m still alive. That way, I can train my digital avatar 🤓 So, if one day you see a tweet from me, it might not actually be me anymore. I might be gone 😭 This is my digital legacy.

Under a bunch of fancy terms, your brain feels mystically profound. After several subconscious judgments of uncertainty, you end up choosing to believe. Remember, if it’s too complex and you don’t understand it, just reject it or don’t waste your time playing word games. Our purpose of communication is to exchange ideas, theirs is to deceive.

The most important trait to determine if someone is worth communicating with is whether they are open to different opinions.

Some people, although still alive, have solidified all their beliefs and with one foot in the grave, they've stopped growing.

Just sharing my thoughts here because I’ve used comfyui and other workflow building tools—prompts are actually just a small (but important) part of the whole process. Personally, I don’t think there’s a need to systematically study prompts, and it’s definitely not about writing essays. It’s more about guiding AI, and there are various ways to do this, like using controlnet lora, depth maps, normal maps, Cenny edge detection, and open pose. When these models first came out, there was even a job called a Prompt Engineer, but that role has faded over time. Mastering a model’s prompts doesn’t guarantee that the same prompts will work effectively after the model upgrades or integrates other guiding models.
